From about 9:36am – 12:25pm EDT, our ISP had an internet outage due to a fiber cut.

During that time, phones, email, and the website, setontesting.com, were unavailable.

From about 06:13am – 10:14am there was a network outage. During that time, setontesting.com was unavailable.

From about 7:00am EDT – 8:20am EDT there were network connectivity issues. During that time, setontesting.com was unavailable.

Due to an extended power outage, Seton Testing was unavailable from 6:00 PM – 8:20 PM EDT.

Seton Testing experienced a network outage from 6:00pm EDT on Wednesday, October 17th until 2:00pm EDT on Friday, October 19, 2018.

The outage prevented access for our customers to Seton Testing’s webpages, email, and phone system.

We are working to remove dependency on a single internet provider so that in the future a similar event will not occur.
